Our Policies
Invoices for orders directly through our bakery phone, (863) 450-6198, ("direct orders") will be sent via email and due no less than 2 days before your order is to be due.
For direct orders over $100, a 35% deposit will be required. (Does not apply to online orders, as they are paid for when ordered).
For direct orders that need to be cancelled or rescheduled, a 3-day notice will be required, except under special circumstances. Please contact us via text or email for further details.
Delivery charges always apply to any delivery ($1 per mile for every mile after 5 miles).
Meet-ups within 5 miles will not have a delivery charge associated with them. Pick-ups are always free.
MnC Bakery is not a copy-cat decorator. We see your inspiration, hear what you want for your order, and our artistic spin is added. No order is ever the exact replica of something else made.
Extra charges are always associated with detailed orders.
